this is The Sultans Harem, a fictional weight gain-oriented visual novel. 

You can download the second version now.

But there´s already the third version of the game which adds:

• 3 new Stages for Yixing
• 1 Date Event for each girl (except Lela)
• A new character: Valerie
• 3 Stages for Valerie
• 1 Event for Fatima
• 1 Event for the Oracle
• A UI-Overhaul
• A Stat-Screen where you can check your progress in the harem
• A straighter way on how to unlock the girls
• Some other small tweaks
